The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options to choose from. The hotel was situated near transportation options, making it easy to travel around the city.
The room had a strange odor and the air conditioning was not effective enough to combat the heat. There were also a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, but nothing major.

Perfect setting.
Bar Geronimo's with quick meals was located 5 minutes walk away. Appreciated how nice the property was. Nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend this place.

The distance from the airport
The staff attitude was very poor, breakfast was very limited and there is nowhere without driving to eat near the hotel. The air conditioning did not work and the pool was filthy.

Nice ambiance at this place, just an 11-minute drive from the airport, making it a good starting point to discover the area.

The proximity of this hotel to Ciampino airport was a huge bonus for us, making our journey quick and hassle-free. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were attentive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. We were also pleased with the value for money, as the prices were quite reasonable compared to other options in the area. Lastly, we appreciated the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided, with rooms even offering a balcony for a breath of fresh air.
That there weren't many nearby options for dining, unless you had your own transportation.

For the price, it was ok, but I would pay a little more next time and rather stay in a nicer and more comfortable place. It is very handy to airport (if you have transport).
Rooms are tiny (or at least mine was, I did see larger rooms, maybe doubles), and shower is so small it was only 2cm wider than my shoulders (I'm a tall guy), but there was no way that I could put soap on my body without opening the shower door. You had to step over the toilet to sit on it, that's how small the bathroom is. And you have to step over the bed to get out of the room once your suitcase is open. The mattress was very worn/lumpy.

Good and very kind and helpful staff. Rather easy to access highway.
Shower - Water leakage from hose, took very long time to get warm water and only 2 towels eventhough they new we were 3 people. Fitness - It was stated that they have fitness facilities but I could not find. However, I never asked so it could be somwhere but not signed up.

I loved the hotel facilities, especially the pool that was clean and child-friendly. The staff members were polite and committed to making our stay comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and only a short train ride away from Rome termini station.
Nothing all good.

Clean bathroom and room + nice pool
Hotel is situated 20 min from Centre of rome( termini station) howewer trains runs every hour or two so you will spend lots of time waiting for the train. Area close to the station Santa Marie della morie( close to the hotel) smells. Its got sth to do with canalization. Hotel was nice and clean, hard to communicate with receptionists as they dont speak english. Worst thing was breakfast, very poor. Just: bread, crossaint (not even fresh), butter, jam, ham, cheese, corn flakes+ chocalate cereal (only with cold milk), pineapple juice, coffe maker (water wasnt even hot in the machine) and yoghurt.

For the price the room was quite nice and the recption facilities were quite comfortable.
Location - The review says "Set in a green location" - Can i say I seen very little greenery at all. The hotel is situated right next to a very busy dual carriageway. At the rear is another road which is badly lit and would be dangerous to walkalone at night. There is no access on foot to the front of the hotel. To access the nearby railway station you had to use the rear access to the hotel and walk almost half a mile. Staff - Whilst the staf were freindly, they did not speak English and hence they could not help with tourist information as highlighted on the Booked.net website. Faclities - the swimming pool was constantly being cleaned during our stay so could not be used. The fitness suite, sauna etc were all under "refurbishment".
